Tonight I Host at the Metropolitan Playhouse Gala

Tonight I’m hosting the entertainment portion of a Gala fundraiser for one of my favorite theatre companies in New York City, the Metropolitan Playhouse.  (Just do a search for them on this site and see how many times I mention them – -it’s a lot!) There will be storytelling, music, dancing and nonsense from me, in addition to the usual food, drink and social dancing. The promised entertainments include:

DANCING to the piano of Michael Scales
A pas de deux by RACHAEL KOSCH
A Tale Well Told, by MICHELE LARUE
Classical Guitar as played by QUINLAN CORBETT

Writer and performer Trav S.D. (www.travsd.com) is best known for his books "No Applause, Just Throw Money: The Book That Made Vaudeville Famous" (2005) and "Chain of Fools: Silent Comedy and Its Legacies from Nickelodeons to Youtube" (2013).
