Raise High the Roofgreen

Some may recall that back in March I put on a burlesque show to benefit Theater for the New City’s effort to build a green roof — they’ll be one of the first, if not the first, to have such a facility in the city. Tomorrow night, one of my fellow committee members Paulanne Simmons is taking her turn at bat, with a big benefit show that will feature (among others) Broadway lights like Tammy Grimes, Betsy Von Furstenburg, as well as myself and several cast members from Kitsch, providing samplings from the new show.
